Roxane Dewar is a London born illustrator, her work is all hand drawn and heavily inspired by magic and literature, from traditional illustrators like Arthur Rackham to poets like Sylvia Plath. Her very detailed pointillist style was founded while studying illustration at Brighton University.

Her interest in mysticism, astrology and symbolism can also be seen filtering into her work, and influencing her common themes of the unexplained, the natural world, and all things wonderfully dark and strange.

Roxane illustrates for Bright Zine, an ethical lifestyle magazine based in London. She has worked with companies such as Vevolution, Paperself, Urban Outfitters, Warner Music and more.
